<p>La discusión sobre las <strong>futuras redes 5G abrió un debate</strong> nacional sobre<strong> si utilizar la infraestructura ya existente o comenzar con nuevo equipamiento.</strong></p>



<p>El&nbsp;<strong>modelo de red 5G establecido en la licitación&nbsp;del</strong>&nbsp;Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (<a href="http://www.grupoice.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow"><strong>ICE</strong></a>)&nbsp;<strong>no aprovecharía la infraestructura del núcleo de la actual red 4G.</strong></p>



<p>Dicho&nbsp;<strong>proceso licitatorio se encuentra actualmente suspendido&nbsp;</strong>ante la medida cautelar provisionalísima emitida por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo (TCA) tras una petición del Frente Interno de Trabajadores del ICE (FIT).</p>
